Store Policy

 At Brooklyn Phoenix Boutique 100% satisfaction is our goal.  However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be issued a store credit.
     We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges. All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure.
     We will only approve items that are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and scent free and tags must be attached. Items that are damaged(stains, tear etc.) will not receive store credit. We are not responsible for damages to items as a result of improper care, handling or incorrect sizing. Please note that there is no exception to store policy. 
    Please contact us at  info@brooklynphoenixboutique.com  to receive approval.  Please include your Order #, items returning and the reason for the return.  After your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your items.  If you return items without completing this process your items will be returned to you. Customers are financially responsible for their return shipping fee. 
Note:  There is typically a delay in our mail delivery because of how it is forwarded, so please allow 7-21 business days for us to receive returns. Please do not send emails asking have we received or processed your return if it is still within that timeframe. As promised when we receive your return, we will contact you with confirmation of your store credit.
 
  Lost or Stolen Packages: When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the USPS. 
  We will replace items that are not marked as delivered. But once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are putting in correct address information, include full address (i.e. apt numbers, suite numbers)
